We were happy with the unit. It’s nice and quiet with exception of a bad windstorm coming through the louvers. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is well stocked. You only have to get some groceries and then feel right at home. The location is good and there are great ocean and marina views from the lanai as well as the fireworks Friday nights. Maxine is prompt on returning texts; she is a very helpful lady. We highly recommend renting this unit from Wil. We definitely will come again!

Very clean and comfortable room. Both Wil and Maxine were great. They made my stay here easy for check in and comfortable. Considering the pandemic we have been in and stores that have closed, this unit is a 2 minute walk to Ala Moana shopping center and a couple blocks away there is a nice food pantry. Never had to worry about groceries. Thanks again Wil and Maxine.

After an extended stay of 34 days, I’m very happy with Wil’s lovely Waikiki condo. A lot of thought was given to numerous details - a greeting basket of Hawaiian treats, super clean and having fresh flowers was much appreciated. Maxine was always joyful to talk with and ensured all was well maintained.
Your Super Host status is well earned - good job on everything you’re doing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would stay here every time if I could!!! The space is gorgeous! Very Stylish too! The ocean views are SUPERB, especially at sunset!!!! The apartment is awesome, very well located few mins walk and you’re on the Ala Moana beach and walking distance to Waikiki and many other “hot spots”. It is very well equipped and has everything you need even equipment for the beach. I've never been so sad to leave an Airbnb!!! Thank you to our hosts who were super responsive, very friendly and incredibly accommodating hosts. We loved our stay here!! Wil & Maxine we can’t wait to be back!

Wil's place is simply awesome. The view is to die for (all day round but in particular at sunset -- spent many evenings just looking out), every amenity you need was provided for (we didn't have to buy much outside of food to live comfortably) and the location is perfect (minutes from ala moana shopping center). We will be definitely coming back to this gem.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Wil and Clarks apartment on top of Big Surf. The views from the two balcony towards the ocean and towards the mountains are amazing. We saw beautiful sunsets, plenty of rainbows and even some whales during whale season in February. The apartment is well divided, spacious, clean, modern, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It is equipped with everything that you could wish for: apart from the usual there’s also an air fryer and Bodum coffee grinder and coffee press in the kitchen and beach and yoga gear for outdoor activities. The bedroom and the living area/kitchen are each equipped with ventilators, air conditionings, TVs with Netflix and a sound system in the living area. To stay cool you can also open the windows and let the cool Hawaiian air flow through. In the basement there are coin washing machines and dryers, and a parking stall. Furthermore the apartment is super well located between the Ala Moana Center for shopping on the one side and Waikiki with restaurants and beaches on the other side. Wil and Clark were very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. For anything you could possibly need or if you have any problem you can contact Maxine, the manager, who is on site and is taking care of the building and it’s residents and visitors.

Maxine is the property manager and she is PHENOMENAL! Super responsive and kind. The property is a bit small, but would be fine for short term stays. Although it is on the smaller side, it has everything you need too! The balcony is so lovely and looks over the mountains. Additionally, I absolutely loved the location. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the Hilton Village Beach and a 6-10 minute walk to the Ala Moana Mall. It’s a bit farther than the city center, but you can still walk there in 20ish minutes and the wall is full of shopping and restaurants along the way. Overall 10/10 stay. Thank you and Maxine so very much for being wonderful hosts! The hospitality I received from Maxine was incredible, she is great! Thank you for sharing your home with me for the last two months I sincerely enjoyed my time.

Best location and all the amenities needed
This place is amazing. Central location between Ala Moana and Waikiki, walking distance to pretty much any eatery and the mall. Property manager Maxine was awesome accommodating my requests and answering any questions. Wil the owner, made sure the renter had everything they need for a comfortable stay. Amazing lanai for the canal and the ocean where you can view the Friday fireworks at the Hilton Hawai'ian. I'll be staying here again for sure. Mahalo plenty for an amazing stay!

Beauty lies within….
Hawaii is amazing and so is this home.
Little did I know it was on the top floor, so I call it….the Penthouse!
Upon arrival you’ll see some water puddles as you park your car and a somewhat dull building facade outside, don’t let that faze you.
It’s when you take the elevator up to the top, walk in and see such a pretty & inviting home. The home smells so good, it’s clean and it really just takes your breath away. It’s Spectacular!
I’ve seen photos online, but there is nothing like being present to feel the moment you open that door and walk in to see all that the Penthouse has to offer.
I remember people would tell me to head early to the beaches to see the sunrise & not to miss the sunsets. The Penthouse has all that and the killer views you need!
Imagine waking up and sipping coffee or having a glass of wine on the spacious Patio. Sleep was wonderful as the bed was comfy. I loved the breeze and soothing sounds from the beach. It was all I needed to unwind and relax.
I had everything I needed. I had an absolutely incredible stay. The Penthouse is gorgeous and I would go back in a heartbeat. It’s all about that Penthouse hidden beauty from within that matters most.

Could not have asked for a better stay in this condo. From our first correspondence to last, Wil, Clark, and property manager Maxine were so sweet and kind.
An immaculate unit in a perfect location. Located minutes from the beach, mall, restaurants but far enough away from the crowded hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The balcony offers stunning ocean and sunset views. Comfortable, spacious and clean. They provided everything we could’ve possibly needed for our 4 month stay. I would highly recommend this unit!

My stay at the studio was wonderful. Located on the top floor with a beautiful hillside view, watching the sunrise every morning on the balcony was a great way to start everyday. The studio had everything I could have asked for and more. From the practical items as a microwave, hotplate & french press; to the meaningful touches of greenery, decor, and multifunctional stylish furniture - the owners really want to make it feel like you're home. It was perfect for my active on the go lifestyle, but inviting and calm, that I also enjoyed doing yoga on the balcony and hanging out in the evenings. Walking distance to world class surf breaks, restaurants and parks I never needed a car. Prime location to feel like a local on the outskirts of a tourist mecca. Seriously, this place is a gem and far more than I could have ever expected. 10/10 would stay again!
